It can feel too risky, and you may be concerned that others won’t understand. Therapy is one way of taking back control of your life, by talking through what is happening with someone who is trained to help you process exactly what is going on, make sense of things, and gain some insight and understanding into what you are experiencing. Your therapist will help you to develop new ways of coping and looking at things from a different, even new perspective.
